Molly’s Café: Where Hoxton’s History Meets Modern Flair

Molly’s Café, nestled within The Museum of the Home in Hoxton, is set to make an exciting comeback after a period of closure. Located in one of South East London’s most vibrant neighborhoods, the café is being transformed into a destination hotspot thanks to the expert refurbishment works carried out by ICM. With its combination of a modern bar, unique décor, and cozy ambiance, Molly’s is ready to welcome both locals and visitors alike, offering a new space to relax and enjoy the area’s rich history and culture.

Sip, Savor, and Soak in the Art at Molly's Café
The transformation doesn't stop inside. Outside, Molly’s Café now boasts a vibrant mural designed by a local artist, giving the exterior a distinctive and eye-catching appearance. The combination of local art and the café's refreshed brick slip features create a seamless blend of old and new. Inside, the creative touches continue with tree branch installations and wallpapered ceiling rafts, adding a whimsical charm to the interior design that will undoubtedly become a talking point for visitors.
A Vibrant Café Reimagined in the Heart of Hoxton
ICM’s work on Molly's Café began with significant upgrades to the bar, breathing new life into the space. The revamped drinks bar will be the heart of the venue, supported by a full overhaul of the café's electrical systems and the installation of striking feature lights that will create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in these renovations is sure to make the café stand out as a perfect spot for social gatherings or a quiet retreat.

Bancone in Borough Yards was my second restaurant build with ICM. Timelines were realistic and expectations were exceeded. The project was well managed all the way through and when obstacles were encountered I found their team's ability to problem solve while on the job remarkable. Ultimately, they are a very professional outfit who I will certainly be using again.
