I started ICM nearly 26 years ago, its been an absolute pleasure watching the company grow from strength to strength. In my spare time you’ll find me supporting the best team in the world – Manchester United!

I first met our Managing Director in 2002 when our paths crossed at work. After many years working for high street retailers, I joined ICM 9 years ago to lead the day-to-day operations of the business. Supporting our teams in Stratford upon Avon and on our sites, I always aim to deliver successful projects for our customers. Outside of work I enjoy going to as many music gigs as possible, and spending time in our motorhome with my wife and children, and our cocker spaniel.

I’m Finance Director, having previously worked in a number of freelance roles I now find it particularly rewarding working within an innovative, forward thinking team.

I joined ICM in 2024 bringing with me over 40 years of operational experience at a senior level within the retail industry. My role as Operations Manager is to support the business strategically and commercially. Outside of work I stay active playing Walking Football for Oxford United WFC, where I also act as their Treasurer. I am also currently immersed in several property renovations.

My role is the Finance & HR manager within ICM. I joined the company in Feb 2024 and although I’ve had a connection to ICM for the last 20 years it’s great to now be part of the team. Away from the office I enjoy outdoor training, spending time with family & friends as well as walking with my Springer Spaniel.

I’ve worked at ICM for the last 6 years, where I have worked my way up to become the Purchasing Manager. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges faced daily in Purchasing – the Projects team keep us on our toes! Away from the office I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters and of course watching the world’s best rugby team, Leicester Tigers!

I am one of the Contracts Manager’s at ICM and I have been with the company for nearly 3 years. Most of the projects I am involved with are in Central London, but I do stray to other parts of the country occasionally. In my spare time I enjoy socialising and travelling with my wife, friends, and cocker spaniel, and also enjoy time away with friends motorcycling and camping.

I’m the Operations Finance Manager for ICM and have worked here since February 2020. My main responsibility is for ensuring all projects are invoiced correctly and to keep the Company in a healthy financial position. When I am not working, I enjoy watching and encouraging my Son in his love for football.

My name is Paul and I’m the Manufacturing Manager and have over 40 years experience in the joinery industry, spending the last 5 years here at ICM. Any spare time is usually spent on cars and motorbikes either driving, riding or watching!

I’m the Manufacturing project manager. After working 10 years in the residential furniture industry, I fancied a new challenge and found ICM. Here I ensure our joinery is made and delivered to our client’s high expectations, by working with the workshop and site teams. In my spare time I enjoy rock climbing and watching Formula 1

I’ve worked for ICM for just over a year as a Joinery Estimator. I apply my 35yrs experience as a Wood Machinist and Joiner to aid the pricing up of many exciting projects that then get realised – very satisfying! I’m a keen Bible student and belong to a local Christadelphian community. I also enjoy Gongfu tea brewing and spending time with my friends and family.

My role is the production and workshop manager at ICM. I’ve been in this role for the last ten years having previously worked in the buying and estimating departments during my 21 years at ICM. The last ten years has seen the manufacturing side of ICM grow and grow and we have built an excellent team on and off the shop floor and is a great team to be part of. Outside of work I enjoy all sports and particularly coaching my sons football team and spending time with friends and family

I’ve worked at ICM for 18 years, starting in Project Management and working my way up to my current role of Contracts Manager. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges Contracts Management brings and seeing the clients vision turn to reality. My spare time is spent raising and racing my Greyhounds.

I’ve worked in estimating for 20 years, with the last 13 here at ICM where I have worked my way up to become the Estimating Manager. I relish the constant challenges of turning our client’s wishes into reality for them. My spare time is spent out on the bike, walking the dog and watching as much sport as I can possibly get away with

I had a successful career within the Manufacturing sector over the last 35 years and wanted a career change, so when this job became available, I took the plunge into the deep end, not knowing anything about Estimating and accepted it. Each day is a new challenge with tight deadlines which I enjoy and have never looked back and thoroughly enjoy working as part of a team. Outside of work I love watching Rugby, spending time with my wife, fishing, walking our dogs and spending time in our motorhome.

I’m one of the estimators at ICM, been here since 2022, making sure the numbers are correct, the budget and project stay on track, and everything runs smoothly! I like being part of this great team. In my spare time, I enjoy playing and watching cricket, and spending time with my wife & kids.

I am a Manufacturing CAD Operator here at ICM. My job is to create 3D CAD models and all technical drawings of furniture and joinery from Designers’ layouts and Designs. I have been with ICM for nearly a year, I have almost 16 years of experience working with different furniture companies. From being a Product Development Engineer and developing furniture in mass production to being a CAD Designer in small bespoke joinery companies. In my spare time I play video games, go to the cinema and just getting fat
